Due to the size of the elevator, the hotel does not offer room suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that there is a dress code for the Bay View Restaurant which is smart/smart casual.     Exceptional wish we could’ve stayed longer

    Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The warmest of welcomes. Our room was immaculate, and use of the spa and pool after a busy day was a real treat. Everyone working there went above and beyond, special mention for Sonny in the Spa Bar 🤗

    Nice hotel but room for improvement

    Friendly staff, nice spa.

    Bedroom had poor soundproofing so it was hard to sleep well or relax properly in room with noise from neighbouring bedrooms

    Lovely

    This hotel is close to the IST airport and the hot tube was perfect specially after a long journey on the airport it is highly recommended. Room was clean, breakfast was good and we ordered burgers which were deliceious as well. staff members were kind and supportive. Thnks
