Wonderful location & staff, clean and comfortable
This hotel was comfortable and cute. It was a split level apartment style room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The building, I believe, was historic. It is walking distance from all major shopping and dining experiences. They have complimentary snacks and drinks. They decorated for Halloween which was the cutest! All staff were so friendly and helpful. They offer discounts with select resturants and shops also for staying there. Parking is difficult in town but they had a small lot with a few spaces you could reserve or street parking outside the building.
There were two things that upset me while I was there. It was our anniversary weekend and I had been assured the room would be decorated for that but when we arrived, it was not. That wasn't a huge deal because it was just something nice they said they would do not something we asked for but it was just a let down when you're told ot would happen and then it doesn't. The other thing was that our room had an upstairs and downstairs entry point. The upstairs was locked and secured but downstairs was not. It had scared me me because we did not discover that until we went to bed so had been coming and going all day with the room only half secure.
