Genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve been to. Me and my girlfriend had the best time ever and could not find a fault about the place. Lee is such a great host and is always willing to help you out with anything you need. Would definitely come back again in a heartbeat

Cosy and comfortable. A lovely stay.

A wonderfully welcoming place to stay. It was cosy and comfortable and Melanie gave us a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. There was plenty of space and it was very well appointed. Lovely to have a coffee machine and an air fryer. The garden and hot tub made it extra special. The Carthouse is well positioned for exploring Fife.

The upstairs bathroom is Jack and Jill style so you need to co-ordinate if you are staying with friends. There is a second bathroom, with a bath, but that’s downstairs at the far end of the property.
