We fully enjoyed our overnight stay in Richmond and the Castle House Hotel

The location was perfect for the planned visit. The one member of staff we met was very pleasant and helpful both on arrival breakfast and departure.

Nothing, we fully enjoyed our overnight stay.

    One night break

Staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. Drinks on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice.

Our room had secondary glazing which was fine but could do with the window frames cleaned.

Great location and breakfast but expensive.

    Great location. Very good breakfast.

In triple room, no stand up shower, just a tub. Not mentioned in booking. Third single bed was in very poor condition and not suitable for an adult.
