L’appartement est à côté de la gare et du centre de la Spezia. Il est propre et nous avons apprécié la climatisation

Le logement est très propre. La dame qui nous a accueilli est adorable, elle est venue nous saluer chaleureusement avant notre départ. Nous avons dû la solliciter pendant notre séjour. Elle a toujours répondu avec gentillesse et disponibilité. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la spezia. La climatisation est un réel plus, et le quartier est calme. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver une place pour se garer, ce qui a été extrêmement appréciable.
Le style est un peu old school mais ça fait très bien le job pour les vacances.
