    Living room

    Bedroom ac didn't work as were centrally switched off by care taker. Bathroom didn't had liquid soap refilled. This means that it wasn't checked or maintained on daily basis. There isn't any breakfast served or Tea/Coffee. I had opted for breakfast but owner conveyed that Tea/Coffee isn't available. Finally after a long wait around 9 am milk was provided n upma was given. We had to prepare tea n then had breakfast which delayed our departure. Booking.com needs to remove breakfast availability at this property.

    Spacious, peaceful stay with good amenities, but interiors and bathroom facilities need improvement.

    We had 2 bookings here and here is my honest review. 1. Nice spacious property 2. Indoor entertainment like projector and games like carrom, chess 3. Free high speed wifi 4. Kitchen setup with Fridge, microwave, RO and basic utensils to make your own tea or food 5. Area of the property was very quite as it was nearby to some defense organizations. 6. The property owner was very well behaved and lives on the ground floor itself. 7. We never had to worry about security or theft because the owner lives right on the ground floor. Even when we went out sightseeing, we didn't feel the need to lock the door, which made the stay feel very safe and comfortable.

    1. The interior of the property was not up to the mark, there were stains and dampness on the walls and on the ceiling as well 2. Breakfast has only 1 option as Dosa and that too from any nearby food stall. 3. The mattresses of the main rooms are very firm and not comfortable at all, we mostly slept at the hall arrangements. 4. For a group of 9, only 2 washrooms were challenging and that too having very little water flow on the taps. 5. Overall the property needs maintenance which I guess already have started.
