    Never again

    Location in centre of city

Smashed window in lounge not repaired and wood over it but not secured, radiator on the floor with exposed metal bracket, bed sheets not clean on sofa bed and sofa bed broken and bodged back together. Water system sounded like a car being started and revved every time tap/water was ran in any of the hotel rooms was really loud. Flooring in bathroom and living area damaged, front door handle came off in hand when opening door did report this the first day we arrived but nothing sorted and no compensation. Cheek to ask for deposit for any damage caused when place badly damaged on arrival.
