    Bel établissement : le pub / restaurant typique et petit déjeuner très bon. Ma chambre confortable et spacieuse

    Un peu bruyant le soir. La moquette pour monter dans les étages très sale et la moquette dans les chambres… Propreté passable mais pas extraordinaire

    Great place to stay in Royston

    Very friendly staff. Cosy room, nicely decorated and clean. Great breakfast.

    The bed was a bit too hard.

    The room, staff, and food was great.

    The food was good and the shower was great 👍.

    The bed was too small for two adults. We needed at least a queen bed for us. A king size would be perfect.

    Bad

    Room adjacent to road single glazed and traffic noise all night little sleep. Toilet dirty, glasses had toothpaste left in them, room milk containers empty. Breakfast no marmalade manager went to local shop to buy some eggs Benedict served up solid with bizarre hollandaise. inadequate parking. just awful stay and manager told so and accepted our comments

    Would recommend

    Great staff; friendly and responsive. Faultless service.

    I would have appreciated detailed instructions as to how to use the air-con in the room. The remote control is cryptic, to say the least.
