    Excellent get away with friends

Beautiful property and attentive host, overall great stay, thank you for the early check in!

We had issues working the heating (so we were very hot!) and also working the oven, instructions would’ve been welcome

the chapel is beautifully decorated. Pool is lovely and andrew was attentive with a pool issue

The spa bath didn't work. The main oven was dirty and didn't get warm.

Beautiful property with attention to detail

Perfect location for us; a family visit to Alton Towers. We were all hugely impressed with the accommodation. We debated whether to stay at The Alton Towers hotel but opted for The Chapel- adults and two children all agreed that this was the best choice (and we love the Alton towers hotel!) Beautiful, clean with attention to detail. Everything has been considered. I would highly recommend and we would stay again.

Nothing! This is a beautiful place to visit.
