    Gutes Frühstück, gute Matratzen, Zimmerausstattung und -zustand

    Dusche (teilweise schwarze Fugen, deutliche Kalkablagerungen an Duschtür, von Anfang an defekter Seifenspender), von Anfang an defekte WC-Spülung (konnte auch nur provisorisch repariert werden), keine Reinigung der Dusche während Aufenthalt, Zimmer sehr/zu warm (Heizung von uns ausgeschaltet, Klima ging nicht, offenes Fenster nachts wg. Lärm einer Bar bis 03:30 nicht möglich), nur eine einzige Steckdose am Doppelbett.

    A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.

    The location was exceptional. I knew we were close, but I didn’t realise just how close to The Charles Bridge we were. The room was comfy. Bathroom was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing. The cooked breakfast with the scrambled eggs, the pastries, yoghurts, fruits, cereals, coffees, juices - all spot on. They even had wine available! Staff were attentive and helpful offering suggestions on pubs to visit. There’s a tram stop right by the hotel and the metro is only 5 minutes walk away. It’s a top tier hotel and I’d certainly stay again.

    There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, although I might suggest that when they make up the rooms they replace the coffee and change the used cups / glasses. Other than that, spot on.
