Apartamento bien ubicado pero falta total de atención por parte del propietario
Alojamiento bien ubicado, céntrico. Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo para 4 personas.
El wc del baño de arriba no funcionaba bien, hacía un ruido insoportable, avisamos al propietario el primer día para que lo revisaran pero ni contestó los mensajes, no pudimos utilizar este baño en toda la semana. Las sillas de la cocina están en mal estado, faltan tornillos a las patas y el plástico del asiento está roto, cualquier día se cae alguien al sentarse. Hay algunos pequeños desperfectos más que deberían arreglarse pero principalmente es la falta de respuesta del propietario ante un problema en la vivienda que impidió utilizar el baño de arriba, haciéndonos bajar de noche al baño de abajo por unas escaleras que chirrían.

Very pleasant stay. Super convenient to cafes, bars & restaurants & all major sight seeing options.
The location was great. Apartment had all amenities. Clean and very petit. Air Conditioning worked well. Accessibility worked well.
There’s no parking. You will need to park very far away & push luggage back & forth from the parking lot. The restricted zones are painful & stressful to drive in this city. I wish the main family TV remotes would work.

Comodo y amplio departamento en centro de la spezia
Amplitud del departamento y comodidad y equipamiento
Zona un poco ruidosa hasta muy tarde en la noche por los bares que hay en la calle que estan abiertos hasta tarde como 2AM. Un poco lejos para llegar a la estacion de Tren caminando por donde uno luego accede a las playas de la zona

Üst kat banyoda sifon çektikten sonra borulardan tiz bir ses geliyor özellikle gece bu ses son derece rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca kahve makinasi bozuktu kahve makinanın içinden akıp gidiyor.
