When we arrived there was no cleaning. The bed had sheets that were dirty from the previous stay. The towels were on the floor from the previous stay. We did not sleep at this location but found a hotel that cost us a lot due to the last minute booking. When I asked the owner about the problem he suggested we contact Booking.com directly as he could not fix the situation for a refund. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with AI and had to look my pin and reservation number. Once done the AI wanted to transfer me to a real person but I had to wait they claim 10 more minutes. I was late for meetings so I need to go through the call time again to resolve this problem. I am not happy with this booking or working with your company. I will not do this again and always book direct because of the time to resolve problems is a pain in the ass.

This was a great find. I’m originally from the area and am well aware of how nice this area is. It’s a safe area and so

The pool was amazing. It was clean and cool. Just perfect.

The trees were a bit over grown in the front. Nothing unmanageable.
