    Peaceful and well-located, but significant maintenance issues need attention.

    The apartment unit I got was well equipped. It was quiet and peaceful. There were two new powerful and quiet A/C units. The rooftop pool and its facilities were excellent. There is a Big C nearby, several 7-Eleven stores, and various other shops and services. The location is central, with perhaps a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

    The bed-mattress was in extremely poor shape and needed replacing. Some of the furniture was showing signs of major wear and required replacing. The sliding doors to the balcony did not have any working locking mechanism, and the sliding door to the bathroom was not working as intended. At the time, there were lots of little black insects crawling around everywhere in the apartment. The floor panels were coming apart at the seams.
