Room size, bedding and extra little items in the room to make your stay that much more pleasant.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

Beautiful view, spacious spotless rooms, lovely breakfast
Our stay at the Chillout was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless and massive. The owner and his staff were all so sweet and helpful, even arranging day trips for us and offering tips. The daily breakfast is served right on your own balcony and was so delicious. The view is incredible and the location is nice - right near Little Adam's peak. You are a little ways out of the main part of town but we enjoyed that, and it's a nice walk or a short tuktuk ride away.
The ac struggled to keep up in the afternoon when the sun was beating in - wasn't a huge issue but it happened to be a few pretty warm days in Ella! But it was nice and cold in the mornings and evenings and most days we were out during the afternoons.

A relaxing stay in a stunning setting!
The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me after a long and stressful travel day. The room itself was gorgeous and I loved spending the morning laying in the hammock. A squirrel even came up and sat beside me! The breakfast was delicious and served at your room on the balcony overlooking the stunning landscape. So special! Thanks again to the team at the Chillout, can't wait to come back!
I didn't like that I only stayed one night - will be back to spend more time here :)
