  The proximity to OSU

  The amenities were below expectations that were advertised. For example - a stove, oven and dishwasher were listed as amenities. Basic necessities that did not exist in this rental. There were two hot plates instead. The stove was an antique, rusty decoration. I rent a home to be able to cook and experience family living. The food I brought to cook was unusable. The chairs in the living room were falling apart and were dangerous to sit in. The table upstairs was falling apart. There were only a few electrical outlets in the entire home. None in the bathroom which is why the advertised hair dryer was not there. I can’t believe this home would pass any safety inspection. No rails on a staircase. Children should never be in this home. Actually this home should never be rented. There is one toilet downstairs. It does not have a sink nor a mirror. No extra blankets to help with the holes in the walls letting the cold air in.

  We loved the rustic nature of the house, and its history. The location was perfect for access to OSU

  There was no breakfast, but that would have been nice ;). We loved the old-fashioned, rustic nature of the building and the location was perfect for us. We plan to return.

  I'm very uncomfortable with having to give you a picture that shows the front of my license. Having someone's license number is really risky and I think you should find another way of ensuring it's the right person. I've also never had to fill out a second contract AFTER payment has been made, which you acknowledged, while also saying that if we don't sign it, we can't cancel and will not get a refund. Anything you need us to sign, should be done at the same time or before you take our money.
