    Overnight stay

    Stayed overnight for a party. Room was nice but a bit warm though it’s an old building so expected. Bed comfortable shower and bathroom clean and efficient. Staff really friendly and helpful nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

    Had a great time. The hotel was really bright and warm. Great dining area and rooms really fit for purpose. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was really really good. Definitely stay there again

    Great hotel in city centre Dunfermline

    Excellent location within the city centre. We had a wedding anniversary to attend in the fire station creative which was within walking distance.

    Hidden Gem for the Rugby

    We stumbled across The City Hotel by chance as we were in Scotland for the Rugby. Edinburgh hotels prices are crazy so found this hotel on Tripadvisor. Price a 1/3 of Edinburgh prices with fabulous breakfast included and only a 30 minute train ride into Edinburgh. Dunfermline is steeped in History and will definitely come back and advice all other Rugby followers to stay here for quality food, warm spacious room, fabulous friendly staff and best breakfast I have had in a long time.
