    Recommended stay for anyone visiting Durham

    Great location, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the check in times were very accommodating to a late traveller

    Great location in centre of town with a great welcoming staff. Room quite large and spacious with everything you would need. Provided ear plugs for the street noise.

    It is let down a bit by the single glazed historic windows, you can hear the street noise, even a on a Wednesday night with students returning from nights out. Ear plugs did help though.

    Good value for money and location.

    Great location, though no parking (I knew that though, I didn't need it on this trip)

    The booking.Com advert inferred there was a 'superb beeakfast' included (I always try booking accomodation with breakfast provided). It turns out there was no breakfast included, apparently no functioning kitchens present. The room was also a bit cool, which I didn't know how to change, but was OK otherwise. But I can't complain re price, it was still reasonable value for money.
