  The location, Beautiful view

  The apartment is in a great location and was very clean, which was a significant advantage. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the communication and availability of the host. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and could only be completed through a link. As tourists arriving after a 17-hour flight, exhausted and with very little battery left on our phones, this was extremely difficult. In addition, the keys were located at a 7-Eleven store. The instructions stated it was a 10-minute walk away, but in reality it was about a 25-minute walk. We had to take an Uber to get there. Even when we explained our situation and asked for an alternative solution, there was no flexibility, and the host insisted that everything had to be done through the link. The only phone number provided was a local number and could not be reached via WhatsApp. We also paid for an early check-in at 1:00 PM, but we were only able to access the apartment at 3:00 PM. There were also several maintenance issues. The air conditioner, washing machine, and dryer were not functioning properly. The air conditioner kept resetting itself to 25°C no matter how many times we changed the settings. When we reported the issue, we were asked to send photos of the temperature display. A staff member was sent and informed us that the temperature was set to 25°C and that the issue had been fixed. However, we had already done the same ourselves, and shortly afterward the problem returned, with the temperature once again resetting to 25°C and the apartment becoming uncomfortably warm. It’s a shame because the apartment has great potential thanks to its excellent location and cleanliness. With better communication, more patience and understanding toward guests, and a more tourist-friendly check-in process, the overall experience could have been much better.

  The studio is very comfortable.The view from the 50th floor is just magnificent.

  Getting the key was very difficult. The owner should definitely find an easier option.
