    Staff was very kind, breakfest was good and suficient. Quiet neighborhood.

    Damaged shower door, small bed, dust in the closet.

    Perfect location for what we needed but overall quite a jaded hotel.

    Check-in was easy, location was great, staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

    Hotel and decor is all very dated and smells like it looks. Was probably very nice in the 1990s but doesn't look like it's been updated since then.

    Visiting my Daughter, had a lovely evening having dinner and drinks in blackheath

    Staff are very friendly and attentive, rooms comfortable. I use to live and work in Blackheath, still love Blackheath and this Hotel holds so many memories its like going home.
