    Host refused any refund after a complete power failure made the property unusable.

    Location good for beach access and food.

    We had to abandon our stay on the second evening following a complete loss of electricity to the flat. Regardless of whether the power cut was within the host’s control, the apartment was left without lighting (except for 1 flickering emergency light) or essential facilities. Yet the host refused to refund the two unused nights, focusing on whose fault the outage was rather than the fact that we could no longer reasonably use the accommodation we had paid for. Booking.com offered no satisfactory resolution, leaving me to pursue recovery through a credit card chargeback. Very disappointing. Avoid.

    Perfect stay for a group

    Amazing location and perfect for a group of work friends to climb Snowdon and then celebrate in a lovely town!
