    Lovely property that was perfect for our needs. Excellent location for a visit to Windsor and the surrounding area. Sam was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed.

    The shower has low flow/pressure but is adequate.

    Great location for visiting Windsor, we would happily stay again.

    We were able to walk into Windsor town centre which was great as parking can be tricky there. Lovely comfortable bed and space to relax, although we didn’t really have time to avail of that fully. The host was extremely friendly helpful and charming. We were very relaxed there. Chickens in the garden and a general chilled atmosphere.

    We had a slight problem finding it. I think a sign outside would be really useful.

    Welcoming,relaxed,little gem of place

    The property was like being at home.Felt comfortable as soon as arrived .Beautiful place to stay .Sam and Tim put little extra into your stay .Will definitely recommend this location and return.

    Everything 😀 Beautifully decorated, fabulous bed and linen Coffee, tea and breakfast provided Close proximity to a good Italian and Indian restaurant and a short distance to Ascot racecourse Fabulous host x
