  Die Lage ist gut.

  Das Verhältnis von Zimmergröße zum Preis .... Ein engeres Zimmer geht fast nicht mehr!!! USB Steckdosen in einem modernen Hotel hätte ich erwartet.

  Location is perfect! Very good rooftop, nice staff, bit to slow, but they are very kind.

  Very small rooms, but very good quality bed, if you are going to do a big shopping 🛍 you need to have a good plan in the room,

  Very disappointing experience, confirmed booking not honoured

  Very disappointing. I booked The Cloud One Düsseldorf-KöBogen and expected my confirmed reservation to be honoured. Instead, on the day of arrival I was informed that the hotel was overbooked because of a “technical error” and that I was being relocated to Motel One Düsseldorf-Hauptbahnhof. For me, this defeats the purpose of making a hotel reservation in advance. When you select a particular hotel, you are paying not only for a room but also for the location and overall experience you have chosen. The compensation offered for the last-minute change was a complimentary drink. Frankly, given the inconvenience of moving a confirmed guest to another property at such short notice, I found this disappointing. I appreciate that overbooking can happen, but it shouldn't become the guest's problem. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in booking The Cloud One again.

  L'accueil , l'emplacement , la literie

  Si il faut donner un côté négatif même si il n'y en a pas , une petite machine à café dans la chambre serait le top sinon rien de négatif tout est parfait
