Great location.
Great location for exploring Oxford, nice cooked breakfast, lovely friendly check in lady, extra milk and biscuits for the room on request.
Grouting in the bathroom needed fixing, bed was lumpy, noisy outside in the courtyard until late at night, not offered tea, choice of juice or any toast at breakfast.

Would totally recommend :-)
My only issue was that I had to leave too early for breakfast! The staff were super helpful and even offered to help with my luggage.
