    Fantastic apartment in a great location!

    I stayed here for 3 nights and had a really great experience. Jon was very friendly and welcoming, and gave me a quick tour of the apartment, explaining the facilities and parking arrangements. I didn’t get a chance to meet Sue personally, but everything was very well organised. The location is fantastic, the apartment is in a lovely area, very close to the town centre and shops, so it was really convenient. The free parking at the back of the property on Lillington Avenue was a huge bonus. I had no trouble finding a space and there was plenty of parking available. Being able to park literally right by the apartment’s back entrance was especially convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean and extremely well equipped. It has its own secure entrance from Lillington Avenue and a lovely, cosy private patio. The apartment is on the first floor, with the bathroom downstairs, but I personally didn’t find this a problem at all. I was genuinely impressed by how well equipped the place was, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, plenty of cleaning and washing products, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, pans and pots... There were even little extras like a bathrobe, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and large, with plenty of high quality pillows and a lovely warm duvet. Wi-Fi was fast, and having Sky TV was another nice bonus. Overall, everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well thought out. I really enjoyed my stay and would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again. If I’m back in Leamington Spa next year, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended and an easy 5 stars!

    Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer! 😊

    The apartment was clean, tidy and in a great location, just a short walk from the shops. Sue and Jon were very welcoming and always on hand if I needed anything. It really felt like a home away from home, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily recommend it. very cosy.

    Nothing at all , I only wish I could have stayed longer.⭐
