    Lovely Stay

    Very well equipped, lovely bathroom and good shower. The kitchen has everything you need and all easy to use. It was quite, even though the main costal road is only about 150M away. Good bus service to Brighton, Newhaven and Folkstone etc. Good walks along the coastal path.

    We did not find the matrass very comfortable. Also the layout of the lounge is difficult for watching the television, the sofa is at a right angle to the television. Not sure what could be done about this though.

    Great location, modern and spacious, comfortability could be better

    Location was great: quiet (apart from the rooster every morning ;) ), close to the bus stop and the sea. Spacious, modern and nearly had everything in terms of facilities. Self check-in went smoothly as well.

    The bed was unfortunately small and short, the mattress wasn’t of the best quality either. That was our biggest negative of the accomodation. Some missing details were there were no oven mittens, no small cleaning towels. Apart from that: great accomodation!

    Good location for exploring the coast and easy access to the South Downs. The accommodation was well thought out, very clean, well equipped and we really appreciated the air fryer.

    The sofa bed may benefit from a memory foam topper for additional comfort.

    Excellent value, close to sea and shops, comfortable and well equipped

    Exceeded expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, delightfully decorated (but not cluttered) sitting area and bedroom, spacious shower room. Tip: useful drawer space built into the bed.

    Great location and nice annex.

    Location just what we wanted. Plenty of buses to Brighton, scenic trip. Excellent Swimming at Seaford 10-15 minutes away and nice local cliff and promenade walk. Services nearby. Neighbour area not touristy
