Communication around check-in could have been better. We were told that check-in was available from 14:00 and that the access instructions would arrive beforehand. By 14:45, we still hadn’t received them and had to follow up. We were then told they would be sent when the room was ready. Our phone call went unanswered, and we left a voicemail but received no callback. The instructions arrived about 15 minutes later. A message letting us know about the delay would have helped us plan our afternoon.
