    Very friendly owner. Accommodation lovely modern, clean, well presented. Bed very comfortable, spacious main room and light airy bathroom.

    Accommodation is excellent but its a 20 min walk into Padstow. By car its less than 10 mins.

    Very new and clean

    It was too far to walk into Padstow. We could only make drinks and there was no facilities for making breakfast. A toaster and plates would have been helpful

    Very clean and spacious room, friendly owners and with a parking spot included

    Very clean and nicely decorated, friendly owners, a lot of space and 3 or 4 coffee machines to choose from, cooling tower for warm days.

    The only thing is the distance to the harbour, it’s a 20-min walk which you get used to, but you should be aware of that

    The accommodation was clean, easy access to Padstow with the benefit of off road parking at the property.
