  Goed appartement maar toe aan onderhoud

  Elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer.

  Het appartement heeft dringend onderhoud nodig, stopcontacten die niet werken, buitenlampen, losse keukendeurtjes. Daarnaast hadden we het appartement voor 12 personen gehuurd, maar we hadden niet genoeg stoelen aan tafel, te weinig messen, te weinig mokken. Werd later op verzoek wel direct gebracht. We hadden geen terras kussens, maar daar stond ook water en veel muggen.

  Amazing Apartment, very spacious with lots of room. A great space for big groups to reconnect and spend time together! The Bedrooms had plenty of space with air con. Location was perfect and the host was easy to deal with.

  Unfortunately, the apartment was much below our expectations comparing of course with the amount paid for it. Mould was everywhere which worsened the air condition and created health issues especially for one person who had asthma. Furniture was old and in bad condition. The whole building needs renovation so that it could be properly rented at the current price (free electrical cables which made it unsafe, holes at the doors, dirty walls and many others, not to mention the cockroaches at the rooms). The patio outside was not accessible due to the dirt left and insects all around. Lastly, the apartment is for sure not suitable for business or family, as Wifi service was not operating properly and you never came back with maintenance support as promised and the rooms are not equipped with proper equipment.

  Horrible à devoir tuer des cafards tous les jours

  Rien. A fuir! Logement insalubre infesté de cafards, humidité partout odeurs insupportables boîtes pour les cafards partout.
