    Clean, convenient & modern

    Clean, practical, well located. I'd stay here again.

    There are a few drug addicts in the area. There was a guy loitering outside, obviously out of it. The only other thing was the couch could be more comfortable.

    Comfortable, clean accommodation in a good location with responsive hosts.

    Pros: ✅ Very clean and well maintained. (Photos matched reality) ✅ Easy self check-in. ✅ Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. ✅ Comfortable bed (medium softness) with bidet and heated toilet seat 👌). ✅ Host communicated quickly throughout the stay. Best For: - Couples or solo travellers. Would I Stay Again? - Yes Final Thoughts: - A cool stay that delivers what was promised. Ideal if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place in a convenient location in Christchurch.

    Things to Note: ⚠️ The couch wasn't very comfortable or cushiony. ⚠️ The standing light in the living room was super dim and the glass table was a bit sticky. (Hopefully quick fixes).
