Lovely spacious room overlooking a lake.

No bar area at this time of year.

    Comfortable and homely stay

Room was huge and very comfortable and homely. Receptionist was so friendly on our arrival and so welcoming. Complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus. Great location for visiting Martha’s Vineyard.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Sadly the bar area is out of use which looked like a great space but the bar staff said we could only take a drink to the room or corridor space (the bar next door worked well as a substitute) which wasn’t what we were looking for.

    Good

The very annoying bathroom fan. I can also hear the other room bathroom fan. Do something about it.
