Great staff and food, good location.
Location for Royston super, good for Cambridge. Staff cannot fault, service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner was good quality and enjoyable.
Room furnishings are basic and the bathroom acceptable but clean with no complaints. TV reception and the remote were rubbish.

Nice CV place to stay for 2 nights.
The location is good, the owner was very friendly. The bed was very comfy and the shower great as the water pressure was amazing.
The bathroom door could not be closed shut. The water took ages to drain away in the sink.It just needs a little maintenance in the room that we stayed in.

If this is a 4* Hotel - then i'm Father Christmas !
Nothing. Just the location 1 stop by bus from Gatwick, but now that I know the bus is 24 hrs and services many other local hotels, I would stay 5 stops away in a better hotel
There was nothing to like. Its a 2star accommodation ( studio flats in old converted houses) advertised as a 4 star hotel. The carpets were stained, the mattress was badly stained when I removed the sheets, the sink is in the bedroom, the shower has little pressure, the furniture was old and outdated, the photos didn't truly reflect the accommodation. And there is no lift! Carry your bags across the road from reception, through a path way , into an old building across the road, and then carry bags upstairs to a room that's worth 30£ a nights was not what I signed up for. Especially when advertised as 4star,
