    Disastrous stay, terrible customer service

    The place was clean , safe and the location is close to a nice shopping center but quite far from the city center

    ★☆☆☆☆ – Disastrous stay, terrible customer service Our three-week stay here was easily the worst three weeks of our lives. To start, the apartment is severely under-furnished with only the bare minimum provided—including no extra bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable for a long-term stay. To make matters worse, we arrived during the peak of a severe heatwave. Despite explaining to property management that we had two young children who couldn't sleep because of the stifling heat, as well as a senior family member with us, they flat-out refused to provide us with fans. When we reached out for help, the management was extremely rude and unhelpful, callously telling us to just go buy our own fans. The complete lack of empathy and basic hospitality from the management was appalling. Avoid this property at all costs.
