    Bad communication - owner cancelled our booking.

    Nothing. We didn't get a chance to see property. As our booking we paid for in advance and booked months and months ahead was cancelled by the owner on the day we were to arrive.

    Coming all the way from New Zealand and having our paid accommodation cancelled on the day if arrival was very stressful for us. Would have been way better if was cancelled by owner prior to taking our money which we are still yet to receive.
