    Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Lots of games etc, for guests to be entertained if at home. Location to town/Able to walk to town - although it was thru the bike park, so perhaps not suitable for those impaired. Roomy accommodation. Laundry facilities. Outside furniture. Peaceful/ quiet at night. We had a lovely stay!

    These are fairly minor points - but just giving feedback: No newspaper to help start the fire upon arrival. There were not enough towels for the ensuite bathroom (including no shower bath mat for the floor) upon arrival- And when I rang Bachcare about it, it was a bit of a difficult communication- as in, I was questioned about a ‘bath mat’ and how many towels I should be using!! The batteries for the TV remote were flat. (And I didn’t want to call Bachcare again, so we had to keep getting up and accessing the settings manually at the back of the TV! - Not a major problem of course, but annoying nonetheless!) We found the master bedroom bed way too firm … possibly just personal preference, but I usually do like a firm bed, and I found this pretty hard. (A soft mattress topper may help ..?) More condiments/herbs & spices in the kitchen would have been wonderful. The Information Book at the house says check out is at 11am. The cleaners arrived at 11:10am. We had totally vacated the house, and were outside just finishing packing our car. The cleaners parked us in, and were pretty rude about us still being there! He said “well what’s going on guys- you should be out be 10” - I did tell him to check the Bach Book! … Not the best way to finish a lovely holiday unfortunately!
