Good location
Five hours before we were scheduled to check in, we were sent an email saying that our room was no longer available because they had allows someone to extend their stay. I eventually was able to contact the property via WhatsApp. I asked what they planned to do to accommodate us. They said the property was fully booked and suggested we find another hotel. Again, this was the same day we were to arrive, just a few hours before, and they canceled our booking and did nothing to assist us in finding something else.

To the Management of The Cottage Residence, Karen Peace and blessings be upon you, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality and excellent service we received during our stay at your wonderful hotel. It was a truly delightful experience for me and my family, especially with the beautiful courtyard where our children had a great time playing and enjoying the outdoors. I would also like to express my gratitude to the reception team, the security staff, and all members of your team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring our comfort and safety throughout our stay. May Allah bless you and grant you continued success in providing exceptional service. We look forward to staying with you again in the near future, God willing. With best regards, Salman Nasser Al-Harazi On behalf of my family

We will come back here every time when we come to Nairobi!
Our stay here was perfect in the 2 bdrm apartment. It had everything we needed. It is safe, centrally located, the staff is wonderful and we will come here again and again! Thank you so much!
