The apartment itself is renovated, clean, and comfortable. The interior looks much better than the building exterior, and the location worked well for my stay. However, my check-in experience was frustrating. I arrived in the evening and could not access the key because the lockbox was stuck. I waited outside for about 30 minutes and did not receive a response to my messages. Eventually, a delivery driver helped me call the host and force open the lockbox. Even afterward, I was never able to open it by myself. The apartment is located on the -1 level (basement/semi-basement), which was not clearly stated in the listing. The building’s common areas have a strong musty smell and peeling walls. There is also no regular window, only a patio door, and I was never able to fully open it despite following the host’s instructions. Overall, the apartment itself is nice and renovated, but the check-in process and building condition could be improved.

Caution! This is not a genuine apartment — it is an underground space adapted to look like one.
The person who handed us the keys was very polite, friendly, and dedicated — they truly deserve a 5-star rating. The apartment was well-organized and pleasantly furnished. The area where the apartment is located offers many nearby facilities.
Practically, this is not an apartment but a basement converted into one. It is located on the -1 floor, right next to the fuel storage used for heating the building. The living room has no windows, and while the bedroom does, it is below street level since the unit is on the -1 floor. The corridor leading to the apartment has an extremely unpleasant, heavy odor.
