If we go back to Lancaster, we would stay there again. It was a clean, nice, quiet and pleasant place to stay with the
Everything was great about the property except for 2 things… a microwave and coffee maker was for communal usage in the main lobby.
A microwave and coffee maker would be great in the rooms. More accessible bathrooms would really be helpful.

Too bad to stay
Nothing
The whole place is very old and run down, in need of a major overhaul. Only one person at the front desk took an hour to get room keys. First set of room keys didn’t work, second set didn’t work, third set didn’t work. Front desk person was able to open door with master key. Before she could get manager on the phone we discovered the heat didn’t work in the room. Booked solid so she couldn’t give us another room. Told her we wanted a refund, she had to have manager call back shortly, she never called back. Three hours later we left. If there’s a charge on our cc we’ll file a dispute with them.
