    We very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable boutique hotel in downtown Thunder Bay.

    This boutique hotel is a remodelled heritage building that retains many original features. Our room was spacious, very quiet and had a great view. We particularly appreciated the comfortable king-size bed. The included hot breakfast buffet was good. Parking was very convenient, immediately adjacent to the building.

    Minor shortcomings: only four hangers in the wardrobe, no hair dryer (although one was provided on request), a folding suitcase rack to supplement the bench at the foot of the bed would have been helpful as would a towel bar beside the shower.
