    Quiet, Self-contained accommodation, near to UEA. We had Very A Restful Stay !

    Perfect for our needs. Safe & Quiet location away from the hustle & bustle, whilst close to UEA. (-We mostly drove, but you can walk the lanes to Three Score & catch the bus in to Norwich - bus every 10mins). Self-contained, Spacious accommodation. Clean, Well-stocked kitchen area. Enjoyed reading the Lodge Farm history/renovation book. Saw a green woodpecker & met the geese 🤗 Would stay again.

    Nothing major at all, felt a bit unloved here & there. (If there is one, i didn’t find it) .. but an Indoor compost caddy would be handy (to decant waste to the outdoor recycling area .. at it’s fab!)

    A relaxing stay at the Courtyard

    We liked the well-,equipped spacious accommodation, and the private outside area, plus the surrounding land. Zena was an excellent host. She was there to welcome us and chat, and made us feel very relaxed.

    My husband, being older and unsteady on his feet, found it difficult to use the shower which was in the bath and had no non-slip mat.
