    Superb

    The flat is nice and cosy and had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was a good base for exploring Folkestone. Close to the beach, harbour, train station and shops.

    The flat is situated on the lower ground floor and could feel quite dark during the day.

    Nice flat, too bad about host not properly preparing for guests

    Inside of property looked like pictures! Nice! Good for baby.

    Boiler wasn't on, and showed error message. By the point that someone called us back, we'd managed to fix it ourselves & got very little sympathy. Teabags/ coffee etc hadn't been refilled - there was some leftover, but not enough for two cups. Grass wasn't cut - we complained, and someone came around and cut one third of grass - garden still wasn't usable. We found old food under sofa. Despite this, could imagine staying again.
