Thoroughly enjoyable first visit to Glastonbury
Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and the communal dining table led to some fascinating conversations with the other guests. Location in the town was very central and proximity to the Somerset Levels, bird watching opportunities and Wells was excellent. Looking forward to returning in the future
An extra car parking space would be nice - there are only two but host was able to suggest free safe-looking on street parking for the two nights we were there.

A comfortable stay amongst unusual decorations.
The Covenstead is centrally located and easy to find. There was a friendly greeting on our arrival and a quick tour of the relevant sections of the B&B. The house is full of an amazing collection of artefacts, pictures unusual decorations. We had a comfortable room at the top of the house. The breakfast was excellent and made more interesting by being served in a highly individual dining room!
Parking can be a challenge.
