    Difficult to assess with such a short stay, only to say we would use The Cow and Calf again.

    Check in was simple and informative, room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options, We only stayed one night but would definitely return.

    Shower was fine but not very powerful.

    A Nice birthday getaway

    room with the view of the Cow and Calf, the beer is kept in a good condition, the food is usually up to a good standard

    the Sunday roast on offer, most of the meats and sides were out of stock midway through the day... so had to have the beef
