Search a place without mold.
The house is big, the kitchen is well equipped, I communicated well with the owner (handing over and receiving property keys). You can park the car in front of the house. There are a few more parking spaces near property. The location is ok, at 10minutes of walking to the city center, tavernas and grocery stores.
The property has a hidden flaw. The walls of the house have drawn moisture and there is a musty smell everywhere. If you have problems with the smell of mold or dampness, you cannot sleep overnight. My wife has asthma and she couldn't stay for more than a few tens of minutes even after we aired the house. We had to look for another accommodation where we could sleep. We used the apartment for the refrigerator, to wash and leave our luggage; we slept in another location because of the smell of moisture/mold. We paid for this accommodation and we feel cheated because we couldn't sleep overnight. We will not return and do not recommend this property.

Great location, spacious accommodation which could benefit from some modernisation.
The location was very good, easy to walk to the centre with parking space available. The apartment is very spacious and the bed comfortable. The kitchen has the basic equipment needed.
The kitchen tap was loose and needs attention. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was because it had a washing machine but it was not in working order. Some of the furniture needs updating and it would be useful to have a fixed overhead shower which I think should be expected in most holiday rentals.

Great local home in Kalabaka close to everything
Hole is a nice and clean, spacious home. Great location, walking distance to center of town and grocery store and train station as well.
The WiFi didn’t work for me as well as I would have liked, but after speaking with the owner, they told me how to reboot it.
