Good value for money and a nice outdoor space
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was nice to use the private outdoor area, especially as we were a group of 7 it just gave us some extra space. The kitchen was nice and big and well equipped. Plenty of parking options. The area was mostly quiet and it was easy to walk into town (about 20 mins)
The kitchen is downstairs and a bit dark. There were a few cobwebs and some dust.

Quiet neighborhood. And the name is chosen riight: it's cozy. It seems there are amenities for families with small kids (we haven't benefit of that as our kid is bigger, but it seems families with small children would appreciate it very much! Also there is neat yard.
