Top Lage und Klimaanlage, aber leider deutliche Mängel beim Komfort und der Sauberkeit.
Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss und hat ein starkes Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Es gab Schimmelgeruch in der Küche sowie sichtbaren Schimmel in den Küchenschränken, Schubladen und der Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist extrem eng (unbequem für Schwangere oder übergewichtige Personen). Draußen roch es stark nach Katzenkot, weshalb Lüften keine Option war. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber ich wollte es erwähnen. Die Bilder auf Booking.com schönen die Realität deutlich. Das sind Bilder die nach der Renovierung enstanden sind, mit der Wirklichkeit haben sie nur noch wenig gemein.

Модерно, удобно и на много хубаво място в Центъра и до Форума. Всички удобства всичко нужно. :)
Шкафовете в кухнята миришеха силно на мухъл:( Разбираемо е заради климата и приземния етаж. Интернетът беше доста нестабилен.

Good for a short stay.
The location is amazing and you could reach any central point in about 10/15 mins walking. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with a variety of appliances (hair dryer, Nespresso machine). Each space had also their own AC and enough space to store clothing. The owners were responsive and let us in even earlier than agreed check-in time!
The biggest issue was the humidity. The ACs had to be on for some time to fight it. The couch seemed to be assembled the wrong way around, with the back support facing the wall. The larger shower head unfortunately didn’t work. The beds were fine, but not the most comfortable.
