Exceptional property, Perfect for group, owner exceptional.
The property is situated in a new subdivision, only 10 mins drive from city centre and port. Easy access to the express way so able to get to Hastings or Havlock. This property is spacious well appointed had everything we needed, living area opened out onto deck so we were able to enjoy the afternoon sun. Would be suitable for families as there is a grassed area for kids to enjoy in a secure back yard.
