How can I give a good rate after I booked and paid through card payment converted to dirhams we arrived at the lobby and no one even spoke to the host or (owner) there was no proper way even the guard would have given us a key we waited for 2 hours in the lobby and wasted our time then cancelled because the host had a problem we couldn't talk to each other now I need a refund because the boss had a problem till now I haven't received a refund I hope someone from booking.com responds
