    Friendly and welcoming.

    The hotel is very clean and Rachel was close at hand without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is only a ten minute walk from Skegness town centre and although the road where it is located is a relatively busy thoroughfare, we did not experience any traffic noise.

    Cannot find anything to criticise.
