    Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, well located, and staff was very nice.

    Location was excellent for what we were interested in seeing—with the Alamo directly across the street, and the Riverwalk with close walking distance in downtown San Antonio. Nice area around the hotel.

    Price of parking is so expensive. But apparently that’s not unusual in downtown San Antonio.

    Excellent hotel

    Staff was nice and location was exactly where it was needed.

    The bed was a little hard imo.

    We really enjoyed our stay. I wish the beds were bigger, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay there

    We’d like how close it was to the Riverwalk and the Alamo very close walking distance to everything downtown

    If I have to complain about anything, it would be the parking everywhere Downtown is very expensive.
