    Very nice, would recommend

    The property is a 2-3 minute walk away from the High Street in Holt and the driveway parking was one of the main reasons for us choosing to stay there. The property is very well appointed with everything we needed for our short break away. The bed linen was fresh and clean along with the towels. The garden with a table and seating was nice for us to enjoy a coffee in and to make the most of the lovely weather with which we were blessed in early October. Leon, the host, was easily contactable during our stay and even gave me a courtesy call after we had checked out.

    Perfect for walking into Holt literally 3 minutes walk to a lovely village. Beds were very comfy and very clean throughout. Would definitely use again

    We always love our stays in Holt and we’ll be back again for sure.

    This property is in a great location in Holt. It also has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with bunk beds, so it suited me, my daughter and my young grandchildren very well. It also has a nice, little garden. Beds and bed linen, towels etc lovely!
